Delivery & Shipping

Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery for orders SGD$60.00nett and above (after discounts).
  • $5 delivery fee for orders below SGD$60.00.

Delivery Lead Time

  • We will usually ship out within 1 working day after order has been placed and the courier will take about 2-3 working days to fulfil the delivery. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on any unforeseen circumstances.

Self-collection

  • No self collection / walk in at the moment as we do not have a physical store.

Exchange / Refund Policy

Incorrect / Defective Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your orders if there's any incorrect items / defects with your order.
  • Items must have its original packaging intact and is in unused condition.

Out Of Stock Items

  • In the event that the item(s) you've ordered are out of stock, we will contact you. We can proceed with a refund or replacement, depending on the buyer's decision.

Vouchers

  • Vouchers are not stackable.
  • Orders that falls below $60.00 after applying any voucher will not be applicable for free delivery. (Ps: Add a treat or toy to reach free delivery! Your pup will thank you with extra tail wags! 🐾)
